1.         Previous Minutes -       Agreed 

           

 

2.         Coaching

·        CI/MT – Change procedure agreed.

·        CI/GM carried out work on Courts 4/5/6

·        Clay ordered by JG

 

 

3.         Courts

·        Clay – coming next week (Jeff Gleave would help with Courts)

·        Water System – C. Sarfras

·        Water System has not been working, Cliff is seeing to this.

·        Aim to have courts ready by Easter if possible

 

4.         Treasury

·        N/A

 

 

5.         Matches/Tournaments

·        4th April - Cardiff

·        Jeff Greave progressing well, format being agreed between

Cardiff & Swansea.  Does Norman want to play as he has set

                        this up ?

·        Cardiff  Match

 

 

            Any Other Business

·        Offer re reduced membership similar to squash- Open Day before?

·        Open Day  (Wimbledon Week).
