1.         Previous Minutes -       Approved 

           

 

2.         Coaching 

·        Follow up with Schools – Regularly going in – Dai/Jode/Sarah

·        Craig to be remunerated -£10 hour for court preparation

·        7, 8 & 9 Craig to prepare & have for performance – GM Action

·        Open day/Club – Coaches to be integrally involved.

 

 

3.         Courts

·        Review of existing arrangements – carry on if Craig is happy with assistance from old Groundsman  + Club Members.

·        Maintenance – Tony to put weed killer around the Courts.

 

 

4.         Treasury

·        N/A nothing to report.

 

 

5.         Matches/Tournaments

·        Road to Wimbledon to C..I. -  Action GM

·        4 Men’s  & 2 Ladies’ teams this year (same as last)

 

 

6.         Social

·        Cardiff pre-season match

·        Jeff Gleave is in charge of this.

 

 

7.         Any Other Business

·        16th February 2009.  7pm.  Club AGM

·        Open Day – Date to be organised.  – GM  - Craig/Mark
