1. Previous Minutes

• All agreed and signed as accurate.

1. Coaching

• Only 5 juniors on Friday night for coaching. Need to organise coaches to go out to the schools to drum up business. GM to push.

1. Courts

• Tuesday night issue with court usage raised it head again. After much discussion it was agreed by all that the 6pm deadline would be kept to ensure no future issues. GM to advise coaches.
• Cliff/John to keep an eye on courts 4/5/6 as may need more clay following the poor weather.

1. Treasury Report

• No change.

1. Matches/Tournaments

• Alan Leatham will be invited to next meeting to discuss his proposals regarding tournament.
• Bearnice has advised that it is £20 for team teas no matter how many turn up (set for 8 people). She must also be advised by 10am on the day of the match whether it is on or off.
• Captains for each team to be advised to Louie.

1. Social

• Open day – prelim meeting tomorrow night for planning the event – LD and ID attending the meeting. It was felt it may be helpful if Craig also attends.
• ID looking to organise a ladies supper evening (weather permitting!).

• AGM planning to be held next meeting.
