Meeting commenced 7.15 pm

1. Previous Minutes - 24^th April 2008

2. Coaching

· No issues noted, coaches to carry on obtaining membership of new

o Juniors asap after they start receiving coaching

3. Courts

· Mark/Craig met with Tony to go through using roller.

· Craig/ Mark doing a good job up keeping the courts to date.

4. Treasury

· No change.

5. Matches/Tournaments

· Club Tournament, Howard /Louie 7^th – 27^th July.

· Ask Iris and/or Tony Cuff to assist, Louie to action

6. Social

· Barbeq ue 7^th of June.

7. Open Day to be amended from 7^th June to;

· Saturday 28^th June 2008 12-3pm, the

· Middle (Saturday) at Wimbledon.

· To ask D Allnatt /Mark/Craig to assist

· Incentive to be offered to new members half price membership for three months for new members joining on the day

7. Any Other Business

· Summer Camp – signs to be put up cost to be absorbed 1/3, 1/3, 1/3

· Costing - Craig/Mark/Club John to action
