1. Previous Minutes

• All agreed and signed as accurate.

1. Coaching

• Winter programme started for 10 weeks and numbers good at present.
• NCL – 8 teams to be entered.

1. Courts

• H&A Sports – still awaiting a call to get report on the courts . Hoping will get in the next few weeks.
• Clay courts needed for 31^st March and groundsmen to be advised.
• 3 Tonne clay ordered and have around 2 tonnes left over so should be enough for the year.

1. Treasury Report

• £361.35 credit as per last time. Awaiting confirmation of any outstanding spend.

1. Matches/Tournaments

• Club tournament will be run by Alan Leatham this year who has volunteered to manage the event. 2 weeks in July agreed as the prime dates.

1. Social

• Support needed for any events to increase flow across the bar.

1. Any Other Business

• Wimbledon Ticket allocation draw being sent out with the membership forms. This year the event is from 25^th June to 8^th July.
• Open Day – tri link with tennis/squash/hockey and need sub committee. Saturday 14^th April the provisional date agreed and Iris/Louie to help Craig liaise with other sections to produce flyers, posters, banners etc to promote the event.
• AGM to be held on 30^th April 2007 at 7pm.
• Chairman, secretary and 2 ordinary members up for the vote.
