Coaching
- £640 due to be received from Eleanor
- £250 has been accumulated for tennis only to be sent to treasurer for tennis account. This is to be used for junior development. TR to give details of account to JG
Courts
- Courts 7/8/9 now open - need to be ready for the Welsh Open.
- Issue developed after a match needed to be moved to courts 4/5/6 due to the conditions of the courts 7/8/9. Water was not draining away and declared unplayable for a match. Iris wrote on board and booked courts 4/5/6. Men using courts declined to move and said only Premier league matches could be played on 4/5/6/. Clarification of Rule 9 required (which was quoted as the reason why they did not need to move). Court situation needs to be looked at for future matches.
- Swansea B Society wind breaks up and Sinclair Garages also provided more. Letter to be sent.
- Courts 4/5/6 flooded due to sprinkler being messed around with by unknown persons. Noted but no further action required.
- JG looking at ongoing maintenance of courts1/2/3. DG said LTA said no point in brushing artificial grass and showed relevant article. JG said better to brush manually than not at all. Cannot afford mechanical brushing.
