Present: Geoff Muxworthy, Tony Ridout, John Gregory Jeff Gleave.

 

 

 

 

  1. Previous minutes: Approved.

 

 

  1. Court Etiquette – document agreed. Tony to send to members and put laminated notices on entry to courts. At same time Tony to invite new members to join committee.

 

  1. Courts and maintenance- working parties to be run end September/October to prepare courts for winter. Also include paid groundsman.

 

  1. Langland Tournament – Geoff M to offer club facilities as overspill for                    Langland.

 

  1. John Gregory to get quote for updating tournament winners boards.

 

  1. Agreed to Norman Allnatt’s suggestion to run internal matches. Norman to organise.

 

  1. American Tournament and Barbecue – agreed to run 19th September – Tony to inform members – Iris and Joy Lang to be asked if they will organise.

 

  1. Next meeting – 28th September.
